1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on the Lostpiece store are final and non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team before taking any further action. We are happy to help resolve any concerns directly.
2. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Lostpiece network. You will forfeit access to your account and all associated in-game items. We reserve the right to pursue further action, including recovery of damages and legal fees.
3. Virtual Goods
All items and perks are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. Purchases grant you a license to use specific in-game features and do not constitute ownership of any digital property.
4. Modifications
Lostpiece reserves the right to modify, remove, or rebalance any purchasable items, perks, or ranks at any time without prior notice.
5. Server Rules
Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from server rules. If you are banned for violating server rules, you will not be entitled to a refund for any purchases made.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The server may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for periods of downtime.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your own account. Lostpiece is not liable for any loss of items or perks due to unauthorized access to your account.
8. Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and waive any right to dispute the transaction outside of our support channels.
